Whoo-hoo! Another one done. Sorry about the long story part but how do you think I feel about typing it.

Bio:
Name: Raymond “Ray-o” Tsumetai
Partners: Terry, Mort, or Surge
Primary Weapons: Cold Crossbow and Chill Shield

Story: A hero built in Russia, his A.I. was made in Japan, hence his last name. No one knows how the nickname Ray-o (ray-ō) started, though no one really cared. Ray-o was designed for sub-arctic missions that required Heroes who could withstand extremely cold temperatures. It was revealed after meeting Terry and Furno that new-gen Heroes, like Terry and himself could handle extreme temps better than older models, as most of Furno’s parts froze over, so they had to go alone. After an accident, Terry repaired Ray-o and noticed a strange lock program around his A.I. After he removed the lock, Ray-o went from a serious hero to a fun loving, adventurous hero. The Russian scientist didn’t approve of Ray-o’s original personality and used the lock program to make him more obedient. After the mission was over, Ray-o reassigned himself to the U.S. Hero Factory, and since then Terry and Ray-o have been the best of friends and partners.
